It’s a great looking and well constructed cart bag with plenty of storage. However I ordered it because the product description clearly indicates that it comes with both dual and single shoulder straps. Although I don’t carry my clubs while playing, with a problem back I would appreciate the assistance of a dual strap to make it easier for when I need to lug the bag out from the car to a driving range, or for fundraisers when a cart can’t be brought to the car for loading prior to the start of the event. So a rare cart bag with both plenty of storage and with a dual shoulder strap, maybe too good to be true. The product received did not have a dual strap stored in it, but only an attached single strap and I don’t see how a dual strap would attach. Amazon is sending a replacement in case the missing dual strap was just a one time omission, but I’m not optimistic.
Update: As expected, the replacement bag did not come with dual straps, nor once again did it appear to have any way to attach them to the bag. The product description should be corrected.
